It's one of those "unmarked" quest lines that's hard to find and complicated to get right unless you check the source code. In the end, it makes your roommate and roommate partner freely interactable/fuckable.
First, after 90 days have passed and you have seen most of the events with them, and you have no pending dare, and you have not canceled dares, you will see your roommate masturbate when you randomly enter your room; this only happens Monday through Thursday, mostly at 6pm, going in later will probably interfere with other activities the roommate is doing.
Then, if the masturbation event was relatively recent, during Friday-Sunday, their partner will come in (same requirements) to ask if they didn't break their dare, and you tell the partner that the roommate did, so you get a choice of either being serviced by the roommate (for dom route) or servicing the partner (for sub route).
Then finally two weeks later after you caught the roommate masturbating, the partner will be back in your dorm to make it official, depending on which route you took.

You can develop a relationship with the best friend by either advancing the quad party storyline (don't wanna give spoilers) OR by taking a shower in the morning, which has a chance to trigger an event that also leads to a romance path with the best friend. After that morning shower your second encounter will happen randomly at night as you go from the main hall to your dorm room. And then just keep up talking about sex with them in their room. If still nothing is happening try hanging out with them in places like the arcade and the gym and wearing tight/revealing clothing to raise their lust, or dinner and movie hangouts to raise their romance.

Romance now has milestones like first kiss, first date, officially dating, etc. Your romance bar won't fill more until you can unlock those milestones. Try doing the quad party storyline OR showering in the morning to kick off romancing the best friend without progressing the quad party story.

Computers are generate numbers that appear random, but are actually generated using mathematical formulas. except if you use external sources like atmospheric noise or the timing of the input. rn all the choices are dependent on your previous choices. if u use the back arrow a couple times and select the same thing you always get the same result.
add tribidism position. add a lingerie store. add the slut style under preferences for npcs under customization and starting look.
make it so u can tell ur partners to send you pictures.
make it so u can check on your subs to see if they are following the rules.
in the description for people make it say if they are trans or not and if they are going commando.
make the difficulty slider for need decay able to go to 0. why do sub and poly hangouts always end with sex? for a date it would make sense but not just a casual hangout. speaking of which they dont work right, all the partakes are constantly switching postions even though 9 people cant do it at once, they cant interact with each other. add threesome postions.
add a petplay inclination. add petplay like being taken for walks when its late at night. add animal tail buttplugs, pet collars.
when someone tries to be your dominant if you accept they give you a collar with ur name on it if u say yes, however if u ask to be some1s sub u dont receive one. if they ask to be ur sub or u ask them they dont get a collar with thei name on it. for the rules your dom can make u always wear a collar but u cant do that to your sub.
for me i have never had a dom give me a second rule. either make it so u can give your sub clothes that they have to wear or make a dropdown menu with all clothes according to type or multiple according to wear it is worn on the body.

I'm going to assume you mean well, so I'll attempt to explain the 'problems' you pointed out. The 'alien' gender is actually non-binary, and the chances of people like this spawning can be changed in the world generation thing when starting a new save. The 'girls with dicks' are trans women, and their spawn rates (I'm not entirely sure of the correct term) can also be changed in the world generator when starting a new game. You can change NPCs if you allow cheats (which can be found in the options menu) or you can toggle the 'allow NPC customization' option, which can be found in the same place. The downvotes are there because your comment came off as rude/offensive and transphobic. I'm not saying you are, it seems like a mistake to me, but that is what I believe others may have seen. I hope this helps! (If there's anything I missed, please let me know!)
Yes it is, I was talking about the game where the random generation generate doesn't state some girl are transgender, and it force me to sex even though I already make them have lowest spawn in world generation. The dev doesnt allow full world customization to zero spawn all those fetish.

I don't think I understand what you mean by 'force'. You can pretty much always decline. You can also set the gender of NPCs that play a certain role in the storyline. Also, it may be because you have the default, or 'ochre' world spawn. It's the basic one and it's pretty much all the same, though some special NPCs can change in different saves. You can type anything there and it will generate a random world, and then the customization for the spawn rates should work. (I haven't tried this so I may be wrong, but that's what I believe would happen). Also, you're welcome!
Some random events like being too popular, and like gaming contest event have like punishment system where you can choose to sex or not and you get worse punishment like losing money if you dont accept sex, that's like forcing stuff. In those event, it has chance can generate random gender which that I dont want to see those kinks.
Oh, well, in that case, you may be able to turn it off in the settings menu. I haven't really tried since I've managed to avoid it. For the losing money thing, if you have a high enough physical/assertiveness level then you should be able to avoid it. Again, I've never tried this, but this is what I believe should work.
Maybe NPCs could comment on your current state during encounters? If they spot cum oozing from somewhere or splattered on your body, they would comment on it.

You need to get their lust levels up for them to want to accept your advances. If you can get them to accept hangouts that's easy, just wear revealing clothing to the arcade or the gym. If they won't then you need to figure out their schedule and go to where they are in the evening to flirt in person. If all else fails you can enable cheats and manually increase their lust.
On the screen where you can select New Game or Continue there is also a button for "World Generation Options". More info on seeds is there. All the special seeds are:
ochre: default dangerzone: most npcs are foreful firmhand: most npcs are dominant velvetrope: most npcs are submissive
any other word you put in will give you a seed with random npc traits.

You have to go on lots of dates with NPCs and have high levels of everything to ask them to officially date. You can go to where they are in the evening, go to the 'People' tab, and then select their profile to talk to them in person. Eventually you should be able to propose a relationship (but note that not a lot of people are open to a poly relationship, and some don't want to date at all, just bang)
