i absolutely love this game and have spent hours on end playing it. after a week or so i end up taking a break and i always make sure i've saved the game before closing my tab. then i come back to play and all of my save data is gone. it's happened twice so far and i'm not sure what's wrong.
This seems to be a common issue with playing browser games directly from itch. Try playing the downloaded version and if you're still worried, backup your saves by using the "save to disk" option in the save menu.
does anyone here know the most effective way to gain weight? I might've overdid going to the gym and ended having an almost bony* frame, not that it affects* my performance in-game -but it does not bode well for my imaginary costumized character..🥲
Simple answer; whenever you eat, always overflow your food need bar. More complicated answer, try to keep you Food need bar at full or near full at all time & always overflow it when eating. The Quickieburger job is your friend in this. I was basically taking a break every two hours to nom down a quickieburger with cheese while just motoring the job. This assumes you've already resolved the [redacted] there first so you're earning $15, but I think even at $7 hourly it is worth your while.
i've got a "big boned" character i've been playing and so far she hasn't lost any weight(only 3 weeks in so maybe not been playing long enough yet), and she only works out maybe 2-3 times a week. 1 weight session and 2 laps in the pool.
Yeah, three weeks, you would only see noticeable change if you were exercising regularly enough to hit your daily Physical skill cap every day. Even then, you would likely only go down one 'build' so to speak. the OP was describing a consequence of probably daily skill capping for several skill levels & that generally takes more like months. Which will definitely burn the plumpness away as well if you don't eat up to maintain your girlish figure.
I've got a question. I'm only on the third week and have gone to the quad party twice so far. Is the best friend route available yet because so far he just seems to reject any romantic texts, and any other romance progression/related events I can't seem to find.
Hey there. For the best friend romance you've just got to do two things: 1) Keep going to the quad party until the plot advances. You'll know it when you see it. It should usually take like 3-5 times. 2) Visit your BFF's dorm in the evening and use the Talk About Sex option when available. You'll see some plot advancement here too, especially after #1 occurs.
Thank you! Not yet, but teacher interactions are coming in the next major update (0.4). Bartender stuff will come when the River Rat job is added in a future major update.
Love the game! I've been playing for 12ish hours so far, exploring and testing different things out. I can see how much effort you put into it and I am really impressed! I can't wait to follow along and see how it develops.
If I had any feedback, it'd maybe be limiting the number of generated characters? Unless there's an option I missed. You rarely see any of the same characters outside of classmates and your dormmates. As for the ones you see outside, like at the bar or arcade, there doesn't seem to be a way to call on those characters aside from randomly seeing them again. You also automatically acquire the number of people you befriend which can really clog up your phone. On one saved file, I think I had 5 pages of "friends"? Limiting who gets your number might be a good idea too. I really can't tell but it almost feels like the game is constantly making new characters which would lower the chances of meeting previous characters you have rapport with. Unless, again, the number of generated characters is just that high.
I know the game is still young, but it's kind of crazy how far and how few story/character events are, given how much time we have in a given day. After a month or two in-game, I couldn't tell if there was anything left to do, or if progressing was just spaced out THAT much. I know you're working on adding more content, but it's just something that becomes quite noticeable with the current version.
I'm still messing around with the dating system, but it becomes harder(?) to do anything sexual after becoming romantic with a character? Maybe I'm just doing something wrong or picking the wrong options, haha.
Loving the game so far!!! While playing, I ran into a bug, or I guess not really a bug and more of just a situation that the game doesn't handle. I was playing as a trans woman character, and during the event where you and your best friend find out the truth about the milkshakes, she says the line about "Unfortunately, neither of us has the equipment to produce jizz.", which isn't really true in this case. It would be amazing if you added an option to use your own (maybe even with best friend helping out?), but if that isn't possible, then I think it would be good to at least have slightly different dialogue there for a trans woman character. Thank you for all your work on this game, and I look forward to seeing where it goes in the future!!!
I just got that event in the latest Patreon update, and the new version of it is fantastic! Thank you again for all your hard work, and for taking the time to listen to my feedback!
for male characters: it would be cool/nice if. . . just like some clothing options outright state "will hide hard-ons", it would be cool if some stated the exact opposite. That way if players are doing full on exhibitionist type shit, they'll have better ideas of what to go for.
For all characters: let me wear a jacket/outerwear as my sole top, lol
Not sure if its in the works but, some kind of "sprite" to gauge your character by? I mean, doesn't need to be fully detailed or anything, even a faceless outline for a body that can change shape as your character does, and shows a "simple" color scheme overlaid with the clothing options you have on.
Could it be possible to have more dominant/forceful options? It feels like the beggining its just the character getting manhandled over and over.
When you play as a woman men are constantly coming over, groping, choking and touching you, but when you play as a man you can't do that to anyone. I have a big, tall, muscular MC and he keeps getting overpowered by short skinny girls
0.4 will add some stuff like this, particularly if you go down the football route. Also, after 0.4, I'm planning to do a series of shorter, quicker updates where I go back and extend some existing events.
One thing I do when I want to do a "buff" guy playthrough is put the skill slider up to 3x when doing the character creation - you can start as high as a 9 on Physical, which should win most physical checks.
Then after the game proper starts, I put the slider back to normal, unless you want to quickly create an all round Superman.
This is probably the best sandbox life sim game I've seen on Itch. I'm so happy with the non-binary inclusion, both for your character and NPCs.
There's really only two things I'd love to see! Maybe pansexual and demisexual/demiromantic identities? They're easy enough to roleplay, but it would be nice to see dialog involving them, just like the extra dialog that enby characters get! Sexuality is a spectrum in general, and it would be nice to see some more experimentation with that, especially in a setting where people are starting to open up and explore who they are maybe for the first time. The ability for sexuality and gender to change during the game would be great - actions that push the character one way or the other may trigger a "self-reflection" scene where the PC goes "I like feeling more masc/femme. Could I be trans?" or "I've never really felt this way about this gender.. could I be queer?" etc.
The second thing is I'd love an ability to choose a visual representation of our character or others - not any complicated pixel art or paper dolls, but just selecting a image file on our hard drive. We could do this at the start for the PC to assist in roleplaying a specific character, and do it for others to help remember who they are. These photos could then be displayed in their profile when we click on them. The possibility exists that we "unlock" this function by taking a picture of a character, too - with the concept being that the profile photo is the photo you took of them.
All in all, though, an absolutely fantastic game, I think it's already better than DoL.
Other types of sexualities are an interesting idea, and could work as inclinations. I'll probably try getting into that stuff when it's time for the relationships update.
I also like the idea of questioning your sexuality/gender mid-game. I'll think about this.
About selecting an image, that's something I may implement soon. You're right, a paper doll system would be a lot of work and, in the absence of an artist, certainly isn't coming anytime soon, so that'd be a good stand-in.
After playing the game a bit more, I definitely agree that the more "obscure" sexualities are much better as inclinations.
High friendship before sexual relationship happening more than a few times = considering they might be demisexual, and high friendship before romance = demiromantic consideration. Genderfluid could work here too, with the player even toggling if they are presenting more masc or fem.
Also, can trans NPCs PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reveal to you that they're trans once you become friends with them? I don't want the opportunity to "reject" them, the player can just stop talking to them if they want, but there is the very harmful trope that trans people are trying to "trick" people and this game kind of does that by you not finding out if someone is trans until you hook up with them. A quick, casual conversation where the player is just like "Okay, thank you for telling me!" would go a long way!
Great game. I also like how small the file size is.
Anyways, I want to ask a few things:
1. Where can we send suggestions like for dialogue or new items?
2. Is there a hard maximum limit for my weekly financial support to my parents? I like how this pushes me to find new income sources but I also worry that it will overtake my revenue stream sooner or later.
1. Discord is the best place, most suggestions come through there. The link is under the Support button within the game. If you don't have discord, I guess right here is the best bet.
2. It caps out at $200 if I remember right. Usually you can do arcade stuff by then, if you need to supplement income. It'll probably go higher one day, but only when there are more sources of income.
Tinder or somthing would be cool for more relationships
Possible 2 characters 1 save? Like u can have 2 characters and swap with them or like u can make them never meet or be friends or date
Aka other character customization just not as much main mc if u get what I'm saying be cool for like sandbox mode or some u good dev so keep up great work
Some group scenes will be coming in 0.4, with the encounter system extended to accommodate multiple partners.
Multiple characters is interesting. I've had the thought that maybe your past PCs could get converted into NPCs that you can meet in future games. Actual character switching might be kinda complicated, considering all the other game variables. But it's something I want to experiment with at some point.
we can possibly have threesome with roommate gf/bf and and parties with like orgys but 4sum would be great mfff fmmm ffmm more I play it more I like it
So I hope it's okay to just ask a couple of quick questions?
1. Does the Friday night party happen every Friday? This is just for clarification, I wanted to figure those out.
2. How many of the persistent characters have events/can you progress your relationship with? I'm trying to figure out if I'm just doing it wrong when trying to date the Best Friend, plus I've only managed to trigger the Roommate's Partner events once (when they hide in the showers), plus certain characters just don't seem to show up again at all (Classroom Harasser). Obviously, the game's still a work in progress but I'm just trying to figure out if it's like, a settings thing.
3. Do the clinic, frat houses, and suites not really have anything to do yet, or is the former for when your 'health' gets low (or birth control/morning after stuff), and the latter just related to hooking up with specific students?
1. Starting the second week of school, yeah, they'll start reliably every Friday at 6pm.
2. The BFF events rely on two things: the "talk about sex" option in their dorm room, and figuring out the quad party mystery, which you will if you just keep attending. The roommate's partner events have a specific trigger where you have to overhear them having sex first. The classroom harasser should show up now and then during class events mostly (I've increased the frequency of their stuff for the next update) but make sure you have Bad Situations turned on for them.
In general when I design storylines, I try to get them to kick off in a fairly natural or interesting way and then have events occur at a reasonable frequency... but this is pretty easy to get wrong, it turns out, so I often end up retuning them based on feedback.
3. The clinic has a little content if you pass out (due to hunger or exhaustion) and yeah, it'll be the home for birth control type stuff when that's in. The other two don't have any content yet, but there will be a major update related to frat houses and upperclassmen stuff sooner or later.
Thank you for the reply! Glad to know I was going along the right lines of thinking re: 1 and 3, and it's good to know regarding 2 that it's mostly me just not trying everything out + stubbornly trying to ask my best friend on a date. I do think a couple more events triggering might make the campus feel more alive, but I can see you're already doing plenty of work there (saw the changes to the park and the cafeterias) so I'm eager to see where things go either way.
One last question and a suggestion, then, if that's alright;
- Question: You don't need to share (unless you want to, ofc) because giving it away might take away some of the fun of it, but do all Persistent NPCs have (or will in future) have events to pursue/unlock? The QuickieBurger boss and the mail desk employee and so on? (tbh, with them and the classroom admirer and the ones I've already mentioned, I can't think of any others, but you might have more planned, I don't know).
- Suggestion: This is a bit of a take-it-or-leave-it because it's probably a lot more work and I don't want you to make things too hard for yourself. But something along the lines of the Things To Do tab (which kind of serve the same purpose already) or that shows up by enabling cheats, because walkthroughs are a little bit cheaty, to give hints/suggestions towards the different character storylines, maybe even in the character profiles, i.e., with the Roommate, you could have a 'Wait and see...' hint or something like that.
Yup, once the BFF is down to try dating, you'll know, it's a whole thing. ;)
More "everyday" type events, reactivity, and socializing is something I'll keep working on. I try to keep a balance between big new content additions and just going back to shore up the foundations, so to speak. Both are important.
I don't think every special NPC will have their own big storyline... some just sort of fill particular niches, or I wanted the player to be able to see at a glance who they are, and that's why they have a listed role in the story. At some point I might have to make some distinction in the UI between NPCs that you can pursue a full storyline with and ones that are more just minor side characters.
Your suggestion would be a bit of work but is possibly something I could build into the existing data structure for events. "Things to do" is meant to be sort of a placeholder until content is more generally findable or tutorialized/introduced in a more immersive way. Moving toward storyline hints would be better for sure, and better address the questions players tend to have.
This game is fun to play with and it's been a while of me playing it so I would like to drop some suggestions for clothing options.
1) Masks. I've been interested of the ideas of masks in the game, like a simple full cover face mask for those who like to stay hidden about their identity while doing the streamer job or the camgirl/boy job. (Of course with eye holes so our characters can see-)
2) Gloves. Gloves can add some flair into a character so would like to see it in game. Like fingerless gloves or just plain gloves in general.
These are all I can probably think of though but of course I might think of more if I could... (If you're fine with suggestions of course.) Anyways, take proper care of yourself and don't rush yourself!
Thank you! Masks are an interesting idea. When it comes to streamer anonymity my ideas have been more along the lines of the vtuber thing (and the risk of it failing or something) but yeah, I don't think masks are unheard of with the camgirl/boy thing. I'll think about it! I'll need masks anyway whenever I add seasonal events (for halloween).
Gloves are an easy add, I'll put them on the list.
Suggestions are perfectly fine! And thanks. Although I feel like I should be working on like ten major content updates all at the same time, I try to pace myself lol
I played your game and I really liked it. The game definitely have a potential. I have a few questions. 1. When attending art classes such as photography and drawing, photography and artistic skills dont rise . Its kinda strange. It would be nice if classes (all classes, not just photography and drawing) developed skills. 2. Are you planning to add the possibility of group sex? Three/ four participants? 3. Is it possible to fight back and add more aggressive reactions to unpleasant events ? For example, slap/punch groper's face. 4. Unfriendly interactions. When rivals do their obnoxious stuff I want their BLOOD pay them back in kind, instead of just putting up with it.
SPOILER AHEAD
5. In the quest with milkshakes, where do you need to report the "secret ingredient"? I couldnt find it, loaded game save back to choosing option and took money. Is it was end of quest?
1. You're right! I have an idea to redo homework at some point to tasks that actually use the relevant skills, or as you say, just have those skills boosted as you attend class. This might end up in the 0.4 update, which requires tweaked school mechanics anyway since it'll involve professor interactions.
2. Group sex also will be coming in 0.4. I just got it working in the dev build the other day.
3. and 4. You're not the only one asking for this sort of thing! It'll take some writing but yes, I think it would be a good idea to go back and add new reactions to some events for more dominant/defiant characters, or even let PCs initiate some bullying now and then.
5. At that point reporting them is just a threat, though the Helleborine boys won't like it. If you take that option, there is a followup event the next time you attend the party... but with either choice, that's about as far as it goes for now.
Amazing game! Loving it so far. Am I right in assuming Degrees of Lewdity is a heavy inspiration for this game? The UI and mechanics are very similar XD
It's pretty bare bones and repetitive in terms of content, but since it's still pretty early in development that's understandable. My only suggestion is to maybe have separate customisation for gender and sex? It's plenty great as is--I haven't found a lot of games whose customisation wrt that doesn't stop and end at cis man and woman--but it'd be nice to be able to mix and match bits regardless of pronouns.
Thank you! Yes... it doesn't help that in terms of overall layout neither DoL nor this game stray far from the Twine-SugarCube default, but certainly it was also a huge influence! DoL is a great game, I love the minute-by-minute life simulation aspect of it. I'm trying to go for more of an emphasis on a population and school simulation and just, you know, a different vibe.
The game is basically in early access mode at the moment with a lot more planned, which I work on every day. I'm currently deep into the next major content update which will add sports and interactions with professors.
I hear you on the sex/gender thing. You're not the first to ask for it. It's definitely possible to separate pronouns from bits and that's probably something I'll rework pretty soon.
Another thing: is something like school clubs a possibility in the future? I didn't notice anything that specifically mentions that, but it seems like it would fall under the secondary skill implementation development.
Yes very likely. I always intended the Friday afternoon space to be for sports and activities... and, well, in the first implementation it's turning out to be just sports (football, cheerleading, swimming, and esports), but it's the sort of thing I can expand on over time.

ok i don't know if it's related or not, but whenever i turned on the cheats menu it stopped deleting my saves.

To add to this, more expensive items usually have more "plumpness", as the code calls it, and the food with the highest plumpness is the cheeseburger.

how do you know that you got pregnant in this game?
Pregnancy is not yet in the game, actually! As of right now, all the NPCs are shooting blanks.
same for the PC? cause theres at least half a dozen gals(and older dames from the bar) runnin about with my swimmers in them.
Great so far. Are there ways yet to get with the teachers or bartenders?
Thank you! Not yet, but teacher interactions are coming in the next major update (0.4). Bartender stuff will come when the River Rat job is added in a future major update.
does anyone know how to rise or awaken the intelectual? Im getting banned on stream
I've started down that road on two characters, and I believe it's:
- talk about sex in their dorm room whenever possible
- discover the secret of the Friday night party
After this, the "talk about sex" conversations will slowly get more spicy.
You need party population and to swallow cum. The more cum the better.
Love the game! I've been playing for 12ish hours so far, exploring and testing different things out. I can see how much effort you put into it and I am really impressed! I can't wait to follow along and see how it develops.

Is there any pregnancy allowed here? And if it is possible to move houses or dorm?
None currently in game but I’m pretty sure it’s on the roadmap
enjoying this one quite well so far.

Starting the second week of classes, every Friday night from 6pm to 4am.

Hey, I love the game and i already see you've answered many question about it but is there any specific action in order to date the BFF?
They answered this for me a few days ago; for the best friend route, you need to go to the end-of-week parties.
Great game just would like group sex / orgys/
Tinder or somthing would be cool for more relationships

Aka other character customization just not as much main mc if u get what I'm saying be cool for like sandbox mode or some u good dev so keep up great work
Thank you friend!!
Thanks for your post!
we can possibly have threesome with roommate gf/bf and and parties with like orgys but 4sum would be great mfff fmmm ffmm more I play it more I like it
So I hope it's okay to just ask a couple of quick questions?
Of course!
One last question and a suggestion, then, if that's alright;
When rivals do their obnoxious stuff I want
their BLOODpay them back in kind, instead of just putting up with it.SPOILER AHEAD
5. In the quest with milkshakes, where do you need to report the "secret ingredient"? I couldnt find it, loaded game save back to choosing option and took money. Is it was end of quest?
Thanks, glad you liked it!
