There's no need for that. Using the game world settings sliders, you can minimize the number of transgender and non-binary characters and maximize the number of cisgender men and women. You can also customize the sex and gender identity of all major NPCs.

Nope, sorry. The team's artistic vision for the game includes trans NPCs; you can use the sliders to set the amount of them that's generated very low, but you can't remove them completely. This is a failsafe so that if we write in a new character archetype that requires the assigned character to be transgender -- say, a mini arc about a character coming to terms with their identity, or something -- the game for sure has an NPC ready to go for it instead of having to retcon an already-existing one to fit that mold.
Consider: would you rather have like ten NPCs already be trans so you can just avoid them if you're not into that, or have a character you're actively involved with get retconned as trans in a game update?
Why not just state that no gender can be completely removed from the game instead of saying trans can't be removed from the game to keep things simple?
It doesn't really make sense to have a specific archetype that's just one gender when, as far as I can recall, all the archetypes are written to be fluid in genders. It's still in the game, it just has a few requirements. You need to make sure Bad Situations isn't blocked in options, it needs to be 7 or more in-game days since the last time it happened, and it needs to be 10PM/22:00 or later.
You also need a townie NPC your character does not know and who has one of the Forceful inclinations (Sadist, Breaker, or Taker). Meaning if you know literally everyone, the event won't proc and if you have a seed that removes Forceful inclinations (such as thankgoodness), the scene won't show. The gender of the bathroom you go into does not matter
It’s a theory of mine, if cis fem u might or anything with wearing bra rather than binder in any women option as transfem or nb fem. From the time you’ll choose to work and exhibition (I THINK) in 2 level, if u did it. Chances are high something may happened late later on.
God Mode: customize everything in NPCs, from gender, genitals, outfit, sexuality, vibe, etc

If you refuse the helleborine guys end up hating you and in general any guy associated with that dorm will snub you around campus if you run into them by chance. You also get an event where the rich kid has some guys try to force you to swallow some load which you can avoid if your physicality stat is high enough

I tried DoL, and it has a huge problem with realism. Almost everyone around you is a sexual predator trying to rape you (even animals lol), and it's completely ridiculous. It made the game unplayable for me)
I'm completely fine with depravity (in games). But for me, depravity works when it's contrasted with normal behavior. When normality is completely absent, it feels like you've entered a madhouse. Or a crazy circus. That's exactly the feeling this game gives you)
But consider this: you get to give an ass-whooping to every single one of them.

If you accept the offer, you'll get the money (less than a thousand); if you refuse, you'll get nothing. As far as I understand, there are no other consequences (yet).
If you refuse the helleborine guys end up hating you and in general any guy associated with that dorm will snub you around campus if you run into them by chance. You also get an event where the rich kid has some guys try to force you to swallow some load which you can avoid if your physicality stat is high enough

I've playtested a little more and the error with the clothing is in every save as soon as I start. It is not a single clothing item. This makes the game virtually unplayable, please fix it. To clarify, I am playing on PC through the itch app.
On Android, still getting the clothing error message. As well as when I go to the stores & purchasing the any clothes, this message pop up.

The personality for the admirer is set, you can't change it. Well, at least according to what i have tried.
