Once you have more than one poly partner, you need to invite one of them to a hang out, then you select the "hang out as a polycule" (I might be wrong about the word, but it was something like that). And you're pretty much done.

There's already a little hypnosis content in the game. Ask one of your teachers for extra credit and they can give you tasks for the library, the clinic, the art class, or the psychology class. Psychology class has some hypnosis stuff eventually.
There's also a way to stream with people. For regular gaming streams (that can turn lewd) join the esports team and stream on Niche.tv on the side. Eventually one of your teammates will offer to stream together every Saturday.
Or if you have a sexual partner that has the exhibitionist trait and your own exhibitionism trait is high enough (at least 6) you can invite them to join your CollegeCam streams.

When you're being someone's dom they don't get a dominance meter, they get a submission meter. Make sure the person you're dating has the submissive inclination and it helps if they have a naturally submissive personality (insecure/passive/etc people are easier to make subs than confidant/forward/etc people).
If you mean you wanna raise your assertiveness/dominance skill there admittedly aren't a lot of avenues for that afaik. The only ones I can think of are raising your physical skill so you can steady/grope people on the bus, speak up for people getting bullied in class, find someone with the submissive inclination and dominantly flirt with them in the evening, and glare at people who ask you to smile on the street. Or you can use cheats.

With The Resident Advisor (Kylee Rogers in my save), I’ve maxed out everything (Friendship, Lust, Romance), been on every type of date, messed around with her a bunch… but for some reason I can never have a conversation with her about relationships, or change our status, or have an actual sexual encounter. Is it because she’s dominant and I’m also a dom? Or she’s just anti-relationships? 😅

I really like this game, and have a few ideas I think could make it even better.
1) Riskier sex and protection. Convincing a person to raw dog it the first time you meet her should be harder than if you have a condom. If you do, a risk of pregnancy would be hot. 2) There are constant flavor events about you seeing two people going at it in the middle of campus, so if we could convince a partner with high lust or romance to sneak off right then in public it would be fun. 3) In the football player storyline there should be more of an impact for cucking the quarterback. The free use cheerleader thing is fun, but why is the QB ok with me openly fucking his girl in front of everyone? 4) Some sort of drama club. We can already take acting classes, let us strut our stuff upon the stage! Plus, there is literally nobody hornier than drama students. 5) Lastly, more stuff to do off campus! How about adding things like hiking trails, a museum, or a beach nearby? Things that can get you away from school and out and about. You can improve your traits by visiting, or go out there with a date!
Let me know what everyone thinks, or if they have anything else they want to see!
I for one would like to see more interactions in the polycules. I mean, I love being the center of attention, but I would also like to see my partners be more intimate, sexual or romantic.
Improving D/S relationships would also be great. You can't do much with your own submissives actually. Also, one thing that's a little strange is that you can have D/S relationships with people you don't get along with. I understand why it was done initially, but BDSM requires a lot of trust and is not something you practice with someone you don't get along with. Collaring someone is comparable to a marriage in BDSM, unless it's temporary for a specific scene. Also, nothing stops your dom from being your partner, so it should be a different and complementary type of relationship.
The same goes for your fuckbuddies, since even if they are somewhat casual, nothing says they can't join the polycule for fun. By the way, it would be great to be able to ask someone to be your fuckbuddy.

No way to give advice without getting into semi spoiler territory, so spoilers if you read more:
If you're a guy you just need to keep attending and increase your party popularity, and a eventually you'll have a suspicious conversation with one of the guys at the party.
If you're a girl you'll need to get some sexual experience (just oral, and be sure to swallow). Practice your oral skill and keep accepting milkshakes that get handed to you and you'll notice something off about the flavor.
Once your character has suspicions about the milkshakes just hang out inside the dorm at the party. Keep getting drinks or snacks and eventually there will be a weird noise and an option to investigate.

1). Be in your dorm room.
2). Either hit the internet tab (if you have a computer in your dorm) or open your phone from the left panel (if you don't) and hit internet.
3). Hit the "Niche.tv" icon.
4). At the bottom of the page you should have the option to "register as a streamer"; sign up.
5). After signing up, you should now have a list of the various types of streams you can put on.
I should note that you can only stream until 10pm (1am on Friday and Saturday nights?) so if it's too late you won't see the list of possible streams.

If the npc isn't a student, you won't have options for gym, picnic, or study dates. No non-students on campus, I suppose.
