She's a storyline character. So you have to activate her storyline. There's two ways to go about it.
1. Make start to insult some people your not attracted to around 3 to 4. You need them to dislike you. That will lead to one of them eventually stealing your clothes while you shower in the morning. Your BF will see you naked and confused. If you accept her help she'll give you some clothes. After which she'll say you owe her a favor. After she reclaims the favor hang out with her in the evening, and talk about sex. If you don't want to piss of random npc's you can try to worsen your relationship with the Bully and The Crush's Crush. Who naturally don't like you because of story. And if they live in your dorm they'll steal your clothes.
2. If you don't want to go the favor route. You can try solving the mystery of the Party Milkshakes. Which you can do in one of two ways. Build up your Party popularity, or drink the milkshakes and start sucking dick. Eventually you'll either become popular enough that someone will let something slip, or you're not a quitter and you'll recognize a familiar taste in the milkshakes. Both will give you the prompt to investigate the milkshakes. After solving the mystery hangout with your BF in the evening and talk about sex.
You have to hang out with them in their room! Specially the "talk about sex" option, eventually, after a while, you two will fuck. Also, be sure you do the sus milkshake thing at the quad parties
I'm a bit confused with the tasks you can do to get upgrades for the greek houses. I initially thought all the tasks from the initial 30 point challenge were available, but I haven't seen options for say, being freeuse at a Thursday party or messing with the quad statue. Are only some activities available but not others? Or is my game bugged?
The statue is in the university mall, check there. Also, do you have "Show hints for skillgated options" turned on in settings? If you do, you should be seeing prompts in certain locations, like the parties, indicating there's hidden options that you need to raise certain skills for.
Yeah, it's on. I don't know then. Maybe some actions are just not possible to do after the initiation then. I question it because someone said after canceling a sex sequence because they got in a loop that never ended, they never got the freeuse option again so I'm wondering if that happened to me.

Marching band could be added as one of the sports. You could have streams where you play music, with the levels being play and easy song, play a hard song, or play original music. For the "youtube" side you could make a music video, teach how to play a song, or review other peoples music. Maybe have it so you could join a band, and play for some student events or at the bar. You could also have instruments you could buy from the department store, both for the rock band and the marching band. Like I said just an idea that I've been trying to flesh out, but I'm curious if anyone else wants this or if it's just me.

Hope that, if you introduce pregnancy in the game as more than flavor text, it's fleshed out with events and consequences as male and female MCs. Like if you're a guy, having to pay the mothers a bit of cash, spend time with the baby instead of it being sent to the void after birth, or random pain modifiers when the baby moves around for fem chars. With that context in mind I kinda wish it was more 50/50 like. If you're character is bi and you have a Female bestie. Then you'd have a 50/50 chance of spawning the Guy. Just like if your a bi Female with a male bestie you should have a 50/50 of spawning the Girl.
But either way that's pretty dope, and I didn't know about it because I'm always playing a bi guy character.
So i have tried to make BFF my romantic partner, after trial and error and some code digging here is a little guide, what i have tried and it worked. Playing as Female Bi Bff is female bi ( gender is not so important as bff is bi)
1. I had max out friendship and lust (lust maybe is not so important) 2. You have to talk about sex in your bff dorm. (this event have days cooldown, and shows up something like every 7 days in the beginning)
3. To progress you have to wait until parties will be available at Hanna RD s (residence hall (you will see party icon after 6pm on Fridays)).
This is indicator, that 14 days have passed, and next event can occur.
All above happens naturally, down below where the most stuck:
4. After that, be sure to have some random NPC to have negative relations with you. (you can start grinding it from beginning of a game)
this is important to trigger BFF shower help event.
This event can start at these days "Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday", "Thursday", "Friday" From 6am, 8am (06:00-08:00), you have to go in shower and wash/pee/masturbate whatever you like. Your clothes will be stolen, go with BFF and you now owe a favor.
5. Now you will need to wait 14 days, so next event could occur.
If you interested how calculations are made ($gameday - $bffowefavor gte 7 where $gameday how many days have passed minus the day when last event was triggered and gte 7 means the result should be 7 to triger)
When waiting spend time in BFF dorm, clicking in opportunity to talk about sex when it is availiable.
after 14 days passed event (All Nighter) can occur at these days
From 7pm till 12pm (19:00-24:00) By entering your own room at dorm. (This event have low chance, so you can just spam enter exit to hall until is triggered)
Help Bff and escalate further.
6. After that just check Bff dorm every day after 6pm (18:00) and talk abut sex. So you will start to get next events: show each other genitals, practice with hand, anal practice.
7. I little bit forgotten, but if you don't see them, or you already saw them but there was no sleep in bff bed, then you should wait another 22 days from last event, and conditions are the same from last event, after trigger you should stay at bff room, and after 69 bff will ask you about where this is going.
From that moment you will date your bff (if you selected open relationship or romantic partner, first option will make you friend with benefits)
Hope i helped, at least after reading this you will find why you are not progressing with your BFF.
There is route with Party, but i haven't tried it.
